General Experience Highlights

Peggy is the Director of Accounting Services with the firm. Peggy works with most of the clients in the firm, regardless of industry or level of service, helping them with their day to day issues in all types of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax and computer software. She has been with the firm since 1997.

Peggy is completing the process to be a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She has been the lead investigator on a number of fraud cases state wide.

Peggy is a frequent lecturer on a multitude of areas for both the firm and organizations outside the firm. She is also a lecturer at Quinnebaug Valley Community College on various bookkeeping and QuickBooks matters.

Professional Education

Peggy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairfield University. She has also attended numerous continuing professional education courses. She has had training from New York University and elsewhere in forensic accounting and investigations.

She is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, as well as an Enterprise Certified ProAdvisor, and QuickBooks Advanced Certified ProAdvisor. She has been certified since the certifications started in 1999.

Outside the Office

Peggy and her husband live in Norwich. When she is not working Peggy likes to spend time with her three grown daughters. Peggy also enjoys scrapbooking and reading.
