Experienced Candidates

As an experienced hire, you will have the opportunity to work with industry experts and a wide variety of clients to expand your base of knowledge. You will also have the opportunity to have a direct impact on our clients’ operations. And as member of the Marien + Company team, you will develop long-lasting relationships with our clients and they will depend on your expertise.

We use “competency models” to create systematic staff training programs. We will work with you to decide annual goals, objectives and training linked to these models. These will help to clarify what qualities we are looking for in our personnel at each stage of their careers and provide a path to achieve them. We will meet in quarterly counseling sessions to discuss your progress and provide feedback as well as the partners and supervisors regular interaction with the staff on each engagement.

Training
