Bookkeeping Services

Our clients have successful businesses because of their expertise in their field, not because they have expertise in accounting and bookkeeping. They need us in varying degrees for this assistance. Some clients are starting with a clean slate and need a great deal of assistance. Some clients just need assistance with specific assignments which may include:

Establishing Accounting Systems

Marien + Company can assist with evaluating and establishing an accounting system that is specific to your industry or needs. Or, we can assist in adapting an off the shelf accounting system, such as QuickBooks or Peachtree, to meet your reporting needs.

Training

We believe proper training is very important to get the most out of your accounting system. Many times we are engaged to assist our clients in training their existing personnel on new systems or in training new personnel on existing systems.

Troubleshooting

Many of our bookkeeping services are provided using an on-call system. If you or your personnel are having an issue with a specific item, you can call us. We can come to your office, work through the issue on the phone, or review it from our office directly on your computer. It is all up to you and your level of technology.
